Description
The fixed industrial dehumidifiers DF works by condensing the water vapour contained in the air. Constructed from a single-piece painted galvanised sheet steel casing with rubber feet, it is fitted with a rotary refrigerant compressor, axial fan, washable air filter and built-in electromechanical hygrostat. The refrigerant used is R410a. Condensate is drained by gravity into a water drain.

Applications
DF dehumidifiers are ideal for dehumidifying industrial and service premises such as production workshops, storage facilities, museums, water treatment plants and concrete drying plants.
Operating principle
The DF dehumidifier is made up of various internal components, in which a refrigerant in various forms circulates to reduce the humidity in the air. The humid air, which has been filtered beforehand, is cooled by contact with the evaporator, resulting in condensation and a reduction in humidity. The air is then heated by the condenser, reducing the temperature of the refrigerant. A fan drives the flow of air through the circuit. The cycle is repeated until the humidity reaches the set value.
